A Failed Seduction
In the Chunin Exams Arc in the Forest of Death, when Ino and her team are seen hiding in a bush from Neji, he spots their Chakra and orders them to come out. Ino then mutters to herself and her teammates that Plan A had failed and proceeds to use Plan B. The team then comes out from the bushes and tries to trick him, Ino trying to seduce him with her long hair. Despite her efforts, he rejects her and calls them all weaklings before taking his leave. As he turns his back on her team, she throws air punches at him and scolds him for insulting her. Being able to see things from the back of his head, he asks her if she wants to fight, where as she quickly replies with a no. Ino's team then quickly retreats back into the bushes.

NejiIno is not a very well-known pairing but still has a number of supporters. It is a rival pairing to all other Neji and Ino pairings such as NejiTen,ShikaIno, and etc. This ship is most likely supported due how the two characters look together.
